Xbox Game Pass Review:

Written by Andrew Stencil.

Today marks a historical day for Xbox Game pass, as they add Microsoft to the list of available games to play. Today Xbox PR’s Phil Spencer wrote “Moving forward, we plan to release all new Xbox One exclusive games from Microsoft Studios into Xbox Game Pass on the same date as their global release. This means that when “Sea of Thieves” launches on March 20, it will be included in Xbox Game Pass to all members.” Hopefully in the future we’ll see big market games. For only $9.99 a month you can play games such as Saints Row 4: Re-elected and NBA 2k16, as well as classic Xbox 360 games like The Bioshock Trilogy, Gears of War 2 and Fable 3.

Mr. Spencer brought up a good point stating “We’ve only scratched the surface of the opportunity this new model brings to the industry and what we can deliver to our fans. We firmly believe Xbox Game Pass will be a catalyst to create new opportunities for game developers and publishers to innovate in the way games are developed and delivered, leading to entirely new ways to play.” Gamers can use Xbox Game pass to test out games for one low price and if they enjoy it the can purchase it for permanent play when the subscription ends.

If this works out other companies may want to add games to the pass as well. Hopefully EA, Bioware and Bethesda throw games on there. Personally I hope they bring new games to the list such as Fallout 4, Elder Scrolls V, UFC 2, Mass Effect Series and Star Wars Battlefront.

In conclusion, with the new addition of Xbox Exclusive games and the Low Price of only $9.99, I for one will surely purchase Xbox Game Pass.
